General workshop hand

This position is for a general workshop hand with experience in working as part of a team.

Duties will include but not be limited to.

  • General preparation of stoves prior to painting
  • Assembly of finished stoves
  • Packing and despatch
  • Paint Spraying
  • Keeping the workshop clean and tidy
  • Assisting other engineers in their duties

Experience should include

  • Working with metal in a fabrication shop
  • Driving License
  • Using power tools and workshop machines

Hours

Working hours are 9-5pm with half an hour lunch break

Starting wage will be the current national minimum wage with a review after 3 months
